Having practised yoga since 2004 and taught since 2012, I’m an enthusiastic advocate of the physical, mental and spiritual benefits of yoga practice, and how these can help all of us on a practical level in everyday life. My classes include asana (poses), pranayama (yogic breathing exercises) and meditation practices.

I’ve trained with a number of teachers including Dr Ray Long, Richard Adamo, Zoe Knott, Julie Friedberger and Emma Lloyd, with whom I qualified as British Wheel of Yoga (BWY) teacher.

Influenced by the teachings of Eric Schiffmann, I encourage my students to develop trust in their own intuition by listening to their bodies and responding appropriately, to develop strength, flexibility and a state of open, relaxed awareness to improve overall wellbeing.
