At long last, I’ve got round to recording some guided relaxations, including a number of different Yoga Nidra practices. Right now, there are two collections:
- “Six Yoga Nidras”: six practices, varying in length from 21 to 48 minutes, each with a slightly different focus but all involving a rotation of consciousness exercise to support deep relaxation. - “Seven Longer Relaxations”: seven different relaxation practices, varying in length from 10 to 28 minutes, all recorded outdoors in the Yorkshire Dales this summer with the help of the local bird and sheep populations.
Both are now available to download, as individual tracks or as complete collections, through Bandcamp.
- “Twelve short relaxations”, to support relaxation and better sleep, and
- “Complete Nadi Sodhana Programme”, focused on the practice of alternate nostril breathing to bring mental clarity and calmness.
