Audio downloads now live!

At long last, I’ve got round to recording some guided relaxations, including a number of different Yoga Nidra practices. Right now, there are two collections:

  • “Six Yoga Nidras”: six practices, varying in length from 21 to 48 minutes, each with a slightly different focus but all involving a rotation of consciousness exercise to support deep relaxation. Both are now available to download, as individual tracks or as complete collections, through Bandcamp.

Coming soon……

  • “Twelve short relaxations”, to support relaxation and better sleep, and
  • “Complete Nadi Sodhana Programme”, focused on the practice of alternate nostril breathing to bring mental clarity and calmness.
